Please send all repairs to ACK Technologies, Inc. 440 W. Julian St. San Jose, CA 95110. No RMA# required. Please be sure to enclose paperwork with your unit that states the senders name, address, phone number, and a brief description of whats wrong with the product.
Overhauls typically take 1 week to turn around, if you need faster service please track your package, then call the day it arrives at our factory and ask for Jose, or Greg and we will try to expedite the process.
